On average the realization of your Mapiq environment takes 5 working days from the moment of submitting your information on the Authentication onboarding portal

Within the Azure AD ecosystem Mapiq offers Single Sign On using the SAML2.0 and OpenID Connect protocol.

SAML2.0

1. Go to your Microsoft Azure portal
2. Select the "Azure Active Directory" resource, go to the "Enterprise applications" section, and click "New application"
3. Search for "Mapiq", select the SAML2.0 application, and click "Create"
4. Go to the "Single sign-on" section and click "SAML"
5. Click "Edit" in the first section
6. Provide the following information and click "Save":

   Identifier	https://mapiqprod.b2clogin.com/mapiqprod.onmicrosoft.com/B2C_1A_TrustFrameworkBase
   Reply URL	https://mapiqprod.b2clogin.com/mapiqprod.onmicrosoft.com/B2C_1A_TrustFrameworkBase/samlp/sso/assertionconsumer
   Sign on URL	https://app.mapiq.com

7. Click "Edit" in the second section
8. Add "Additional claims" in the format provided below for the optional use of extra features (like automatic profile assignment)
9. Return to the main page and do not change anything to the defaults of the third section
10. Copy the "App Federation Metadata Url" provided in the third section which is needed in step 12
11. Go to https://authentication.mapiq.com
12. Complete all required fields and submit the form using the "Security Code" provided by your Mapiq contact
13. You will be informed by your Mapiq contact as soon as the configuration is completed and you will now be able to use Mapiq via https://app.mapiq.com!

OpenID Connect

No additional claims are preconfigured for SSO with OpenID Connect. For the immediate use of features like automatic profile assignment please use the SAML2.0 protocol.

1. Go to https://authentication.mapiq.com
2. Complete all required fields and submit the form using the "Security Code" provided by your Mapiq contact
3. You will be informed by your Mapiq contact as soon as the configuration is completed
4. When completed, go to your Microsoft Azure portal
5. Select the "Azure Active Directory" resource, go to the "Enterprise applications" section, and click "New application"
6. Search for Mapiq, select the OpenID Connect application, and click "Sign up for Mapiq (OIDC)"
7. Complete the sign-in process and you will now be able to use Mapiq via https://app.mapiq.com!
