Find a desk for your activity
You can find a desk that supports your activity by using the 'find a place to work' section in the menu.

Explanation: How to find a desk for your activity
To find the perfect desk, take the following steps:
Step 1: Click 'find a place to work'
In the places tab, find a button called 'find a place to work':
NOTE: the name can vary but the button is always shown in this tab using the following icon:
Step 2: Select the type of workplace you are looking for
When selecting the 'find a place to work' button, you can specify your search to a specific type of desk. You can find options like concentration desks, flex desks or phone booth (see the figure below). The contents are determined in corporation with your company. Click on the type of workplace you are looking for.
(Optional) Step 3: Find the desk you are looking for:
In cases where there are a lot of desks in that specific type, the desk can be visualized as islands. If so, you can see a list of islands (from floor to floor). The occupancy circle makes sure that you can easily see which islands have spots available and which are occupied (see the figure below). In the case below, the first island (03.09) has about a 65% occupancy and the second has a 100% occupancy.
Step 4: Find the route to the desk
When clicking on the island / desk you will see the information page. Here you can find the route by clicking the green button. In the figure below you can see the difference between an individual place (Phone booth) and the island page (concentration island 03.17)
