Explanation: How to book a room based on it's location
To find a room based on it's location in the office, you easily find it through the 3D map by taking the following steps:
Step 1: Select a floor
First you need to select the floor you would like the meeting to take place. In the example below you're seeing the map of the 6th floor.
Step 2: Select a room
Looking at the map, you can easily see the availability at that moment of the rooms:
- green (available)
- red (occupied)
- orange (no show)
NOTE: No shows are optional, so not relevant for all users.
So, by clicking on one of the rooms you can open the room details page. Here you can see the schedule of the room of the day and by clicking open the reservation list you can see all items of that day.
Step 3: start a booking
By clicking on the green 'Start a booking' button, you can start the booking.
