Find a room for my activity


You can easily find a certain room for a certain Activity (e.g. you need a room for a workshop) via the 'Find a place to meet' section in the menu.

Explanation: How to find a room based on my activity

Follow the next steps to find this room: 


Step 1: Click the ' Find a place to meet' button in the places tab

At top you can find the 'Places' tab with the 'Find a place to meet' button. 

NOTE: the name and location in the menu can vary but the button is always shown in this tab using the following icon



Step 2: Specify your search 

After clicking the 'Find a place to meet' button, you need specify the type of room that you need. 


Note: the categories can change because this part is custom made for you organisation.


In this case we are having a workshop. So we click on the 'Workshop' section. 



Step 3: Select your room

After clicking the 'Workshop' button, you will get an overview of the rooms which are used for Workshops. Here you can immediately see the status (colored beam on the left) and the current booking state (optional). When clicking on the room, you will be directed to the Rooms' information page, where you can start making your booking.
