Please note that Mapiq is currently experiencing issues and users will not be able to log in or have long loading times.
This issue is currently being dealt with.
Once more information is available, this post will be updated.

The problem looks to have stemmed from an issue within the database.
Our developers are now reporting that the problem has now been resolved and Mapiq is now stable again.
