Mapiq Essentials - E-mail confirmation after booking a room are not received

Users are currently not receiving the e-mail confirmation when booking a room through Mapiq. Note that this only affects our Default Room Booking solution, this does not impact any room booking system integration, for example Exchange. The Default Room Booking solution sends out a confirmation e-mail after making a booking to confirm that the room is yours. If this is used as a verification method for getting into the room the e-mail can not be used.

Together with our e-mail service, the underlying issue was found and sorted.
