Office Shifts - Users are unable to log in

Issue:
Starting this morning (Monday, 12 July), reports came in that users are unable to log in to https://shifts.mapiq.com. Upon logging in, users receive the error message:
We could not reach the server. You can retry, or get in touch with support@mapiq.com

Update (9:27AM CET):
The issue is resolved and users are able to log in to Office Shifts again.

Resolution:
A change in our back-end was needed to restore the endpoint for logging in. After restoring, the endpoint service came back online.
